Heathrow Expansion

 

HAL or Heathrow West? 

  

Tom continues to work to protect residents' interests and environmental concerns in his opposition to the Heathrow Expansion. 

​

In declining to support the HAL proposals post-consultation, it appears that the Council are to prefer hearing proposals for expansion from Arora Group, who were due to publish their 'Heathrow West' Consultation in January 2020, but this remains awaited.

Actions taken include:

• Speaking up in Council and working with Council committees regarding opposition and scrutiny of proposals for expansion

• Listening to and working with residents and local business about the proposals so concerns and views and represented

• Press comment in the News - coverage by Surrey Live
